people are absurd

while waiting, i saw a classic example of the absurdity that is humanity.

a lady was there. she was picking up a pizza just like i was. she was married, i know this because she wore a truly massive diamond ring.

you're right, i'm assuming -- but with good basis.

not only was the rock big, but there was a double band of little diamons that went around the ring part of the ring.

her pizza came out and she pulled out a fat ass pocketbook/wallet thingie from her purse -- stuffed to the gills with all manner of cards, papers and i dunno what else.

she tried to get her credit card out.

she couldn't.

you see, she'd just had her nails done and didn't want to "risk" damaging her nails getting out the credit card.. so she had the pizza fella get the card out.

it's likely you don't quite see the absurdity.. cause i think it loses something in writing it down.
