i think it's all about some folks trying to make some cash off of one the most impressive and successful marketing ploys ever.

did i say? i've been assigned a conversation partner.. we've exchanged very brief emails. i'm supposed to call her today so we can set up a time to meet. i find the idea oddly.. teffifying.

i've taken to playing yahoo chess - much better addiction-wise than online poker.

what else.. well, i hesitate to go here, but why not? i doubt you still read here, so it's pointless to hesitate. if you do still read here.. i don't really have a comment for that.

sitting now and looking back over the last two years, nearly three, i suppose it was easy for anyone but me (perhaps us) to see this is where we'd end up. certain conversations stick in my head more than others. right now, the one that's stands out the clearest is when you said 'i'd lost the faith'.

i find it ironic that now it's you who has.

not even a reply to leaving an innocent, happy note on your page.. and suggesting you should drop me a line.

you said going in and out of each other lives is bad - i agree with that, that's why i said i'm not trying to do that. perhaps there was a message i was to uncover that meant something like 'what i'm really trying to say is go away.'

i could probably go on about this, but i don't see any sense in that. instead, i think i'll listen to dido's 'white flag'.
