I went to work and felt fine...

I sat down at my desk and felt fine...

I stood up to go attend the morning meeting and it felt like my kidneys, not just one but both, exploded in my lower back. I gave a slight whimper and muttered, as I sometimes known to do, 'My liver' and stood rather unsteadily. Several seconds ticked by and I was relieved to decide that my kindeys had not exploded, but something else had gone very wrong in my lower back. My liver appears to have no known connection with this tragic event.

The rest of my day has been spent in varing degrees of anguish.

I was disheartened to call Cigna and be told that lower back replacements are not covered by my plan, cheap bastards.

A good part of my was also spent making humorous faces, at least to my co-workers, as I hobbled about.

I have my Icyhot and I shall now retire to the floor.

Don't ask why I said 'my liver', it's not a very good story to hear.
