My landbitch finally called me back...and I can no longer call her that. Here's her deal with my rent. If I can give her 60 days notice, then no penalty on my moving out. If it's less than 60 days, she wants one month rent (which would be May's rent) and I lose my deposit...which works out to be 60 days worth of rent. I'm cool with that, I think. May will be rough owing her rent her and if my first payment is due to mortgage...but I think I can cover that.

Which means...now what I have to know is what my mortgage payment will be. I think I'm gonna scootch on up to see the place again tommorrow. I want to see what the traffic is like, see the room lay out again. If I'm thinkin right...the living room is atleast 15x15 and so is the bedroom which is big.

Things are looking pretty bright all over I think.

At work a big deal is slowly, teasingly, floating down the pipeline and should break next month, mah bonus check will fit things very nicly and make a nifty, if perhaps thin, cushion.

Rounders is on, I like Rounders. It's a good flick.

I think I'm gonna watch Rounders..
