Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results - Albert Einstein

This heat. Wow. And, I know, it's really not that hot. Just seemingly out of no where it's high 80's. Insane.

Too hot.

I am also.. trying something new. So far, it's had some unexpectedly good results... especially since I didn't really expect any results.

I've also been working on "drawing the line in the sand" so to speak on what I will and won't tolerate. One big step on that.. and baby steps here and there.

If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always gotten.

No idea who said that.. too lazy to google it, but it's true enough. It doesn't mean I like the changes -- the change isn't the point though. It's the end result. In a way, it's also about self-respect.

All the above aside, what I really need to do is get my fat ass into some sort of non-blob shape. The exact motivation for this transformation... continues to elude me.
