Years.

Not the least of which... is why am I back in CT?

Yes, I've ended up in a good job.. but what's a job other than a place to spend the decent waking hours doing something the average person would rather not be doing?

I've already mentioned to the folks I'll be headed down to VA for the holiday... and so, what do I do with Loca now?

Yes, I've gone and gotten myself a humane society cat. A little light bundle of kitty energy and a nasty ass cough.

Do I bring her with? How long can a cat be in a car without 'facilities'? Is it worth it trying to find a cat ok hotel? Can I find one at this late date? I suppose I should go look...

Should I board her at the vet? Could be a decent idea considering her cough. They can check her out and all.

The lingering thought in the back of my mind is... "I'm too old to be wrong this often."
