18 days.

Now the calender.. well, that's a different story. No matter how I counted the days (and I won't go into detail on all the various ways), the answer was the same: 18. 18 days.

That's what I have until the closing.. no more, no less -- unless, of course, something changes.

I was thinking there'd be an extra week, but well.. to avoid a long story, there isn't and I hope the Seller enjoys the cruise.

That's 18 days counting weekends. That's 18 total days.

Now I've moved before -- many times before. In fact, it's been at least 4 interstate moves since undergrad and I've done them all myself or, at most, with one other person. I can't do that this time around. I just can't.

I don't know enough people in the area to move in uHaul.. so it's looking like movers and movers mean planning.

I'm beginning to feel stress and anxiety over this.

Anyway.

On the ride into work today.. Smith was the topic on all the stations. One guy called in with what could be an intriguing theory.. total speculation, but hey.. that's what radio stations are for.

Facts: Smith was (is?) being sued for a paternity test.. and her son died at the birth of her child. He killed himself..

So what could connect these things?

What if.. her son was the father of her new child?

Guilt over incest.. could explain the son offing himself and the impending paternity test would show not only that whatever his name isn't the father.. but the son was.

Yeah, I know.. whatever. I only have interest since that's all the news is going to have until the details get leaked.

As in.. another station heard that there's a video of CPR being done on Smith and it's already been sold for like 500k. We've a sick and twisted world don't we?
