Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results - Albert Einstein

i'm insane.
July 02, 2006 - 3:58 pm

i am insane. i can say this.. with nearly complete certainity -- i can't be positive, because.. well.. i'm insane.

why you ask?

in the recent past.. i've engaged in multiple converstations about whether or not two people can be friends -- one be me and one being.. well, someone else.

i'll spare you the details.. but basically i've been trying to explain my thinking.. such as it is.. in these converstation, which are really cookie-cutter conversations.. the same one over and over.

at some point.. towards the end, i'll say something. my intent isn't mean or anything like that, but it's taken that way. it's a like a match in a room full of propane gas -- BOOM!

some time passes.. we talk again.. and things are fine.. things are dandy. the subject of the possibility of our being friends comes up again.. and we start THE TALK. at some point.. BOOM.

now why would i say something inflamitory when that goes 100% against what i'm trying to do?

anyway. there's more i could say.. but well, there's not much point. you can't trust the recollection or thoughts of a madman, can you?
