am i the only one who thinks the real problem here.. is that the tech was put on hold for an hour???

the poor bastard sat down to wait out support.. and waited.. and waited.. and waited.. for an hour and fell asleep.

he was fired for poor customer service.. but really, the breakdown wasn't him, it was the phone support folks -- right??

nothing like yet another knee-jerk reaction at the sympton.

in other news.. i've decided i'm offically insane. i'm not so sure i like it, but then.. i don't recall choosing it.. i'm just acknowledging what seems to be a readily observable fact.
