down: my pc was acting up. taking a long ass time to start up.. i dunno what i did, but i did something.

up: i was up early and started my laundry like i wanted too.

down: more computer troubles, my mouse is dying. unrelated to the above, but still, not a good technology day.

up: bought a new mouse at staples.. also got a new keyboad, but i'm going to take that back. i just need the mouse.

down: the friggin' software for the mouse won't load.. cause i already have mouse drivers and there's some sort of conflict.

double down: the old software won't seem to install, but trying to will cause my pc to reboot.. and since the boot time is over two minutes.. it's pretty f'ing maddening.

up: a friend i've not seen in a while appear online.. got to talk a bit, but he disappeared kinda quick.

down and up and down and up: the whole steelers game. strated off awsome, up 14 nothing.. but the end of the game. oh my freaking god! the calls.. the fumble.. the missed field goal. unreal.
up: fixed my pc's load time.. oh the joys of playing with various microsoft services and settings.

down: haven't cleaned up stuff like i wanted too, but then i didn't plan on all the technology troubles.

up: the steelers did indeed win.

hrm.. what else? it's f'ing cold. the thremometer says it's 70-some in here, but no where i sit. supposed to be like 9 degrees tonight. chilly willy.

what's left? to try and get the mouse software loaded so the nifty extra buttons work like they should. i wonder how many more reboots this will take.. i'm well over 20 for the day. at least it's down to like 30 seconds...
