friday snowy friday

but first. i awake to some 4 inches of snow with more coming. i think we got a total of 8 inches. i'm not sure. i do know that if you wear cuffed pants and walk through snow.. snow will get caught in the cuffs. this makes one's ankles get cold.

my head swims.. because at lunch time bossman, who was out of the office.. called in and had us all go to the conference room so he could, over speaker phone, make an announcement.

we joked that the office was being closed.

it wasn't.. a person who quit some five months ago to join a competitor has decided to quit there.. and come back to us.

shocked faces. gossip. some confusion.
i'm not sure what this means for me.. but really, it should only be good. it's for sure good for the office.

since i posted the last entry about poker.. i've done nothing but lose money.

i really, really need to clean. i wonder if i will...
