mish-mash of stuff

today at work, my headset broke. well, not the whole thing, but the peice that goes into my ear. This is a very important piece.

i choose to take it as a sign to move on. not that i need a sign.

tonight the steelers are on.. and so is prison break. which to watch? which to watch? steelers will win. not that i'm a huge sports fan, but there will be office talk tomorrow.. and i might as well be able to contribute a bit here and there.

bit by bit i'm growing more comfortable with my plan for things. before it was.. what the fuck am i going to do? then it was, wow.. is this really what i want to do? then it was, hrm.. that is an interesting idea.. then it was, that makes some sense, let's look into that..

i'm almost to the point of listing action items. almost. lingering doubts flutter about here and there.

the place they make wallace and grommit (and quite a few other claymation shows) burned today (yesterday?). much good stuff was lost.

at work today i wanted to jab a pencil in my eye. not about my headset, though that's going to be very annoying tomorrow. no, the pencil exaggeration is just.. the bullshit of what i do.

that's an exaggeration too. a great many people like sales and the unique situations it has. i am not one of them.

unexpected conversations often lead to the most interesting of topics.. and conclusions -- don't they?
