i've no idea why i have a rule about that, becoming friends with profs, but it seems i do since i never do it.

i got to class early and started, for some odd reason, to make a list of goals for myself. i think i have like 13 goals and thought of two more last night. i'm curious to see if i'll actually pursue them.

one is i want to learn to speedread, good comprehension type speedreading. i want to read a book, a serious book, a week. well, ok that's two, but they go together.

i'm going to be going to a late lunch today, with elva. this should be quite funny. the only restaurants she's been to are fast food ones. i'm not sure where we are going to go - not sure how much money she's ok with spending, but it should prove an interesting time.

oh and card was received, so i'm happy about that.
