yes, i'm soon to be living in Norfolk. thanks for the tip on where to go. i've had the blind hope that someone from there might read my diary, because of the virginia ring or something, and drop me a line. i've moved so many times to places where i know no one.. i'd like to move once and know someone - anyone!

well, my brother/his family now live there, so i'll know them. that's not the same.

and then there's the note from good old E. do i write for me or others.. a bit of both. i think a diary entry far better than i write one. it somehow makes me feel.. 'better' if see someone has read the words. i never go back an read what i write. for it to be read.. seems to make writing it better.

i guess i'm odd that way.

i'll tell you what else i am. i'm fucking tired.

i'm not really excited about going back to school, about moving again.

it's going to be more of the same. life is what life is. minor details and shit change, but the basis is the same.

it's like a car - a four door sedan. they are all the same damn thing. sure one has molding here. another has a rear spoiler. a another has this or that, but really, they are the same damn thing. four wheels, an engine, steering, seats, doors, etc.

i can't find the words for what i want to say, so i'm going to drop the analogy. i'm no good at explaining things without analogies.. so here endth tonights writing.
