i don't understand. i really don't. people today really do want something for nothing. everyone thinks they deserve to be rich. everyone thinks the world owes them something. we are never at fault for our actions. i was mistreated as a child. i wasn't born rich. i only had one parent...

we are a culture of excuses and lawsuits.

we are a culture whose motto is "it's not my fault."

we are a culture where it's the cool thing to blame someone else, to sue them, to denounce them...anyone you can.

we do not take personal responsibility for our actions. there's always some sort of mitigating circumstance.
