no new shoes
April 19, 2002 - 6:41 pm

back from the mall. i bought a shirt and a pair of shorts. no shoes. it's shoes i went to buy.

why is it a pair of shorts? is it cause there's an 's' on the end of the word? it sounds funny to say i bought a shorts. the same with pants. english makes very little sense.

i don't understand why people say american is at war with islam. we have muslims in america. i can't recall any news stories about violence against them. it seems to me that people are more worried, and perhaps rightly so, that what they call the american culture will overcome thier's. that's just me though.

i want i want i want. i think you know what i want.

if you do tell me. i don't know.

i'm fairly sure that this moving thing is not going to go smoothly. i've vey glad i set it up for friday and will have all day friday to get it done.

there's as story about jetblue airlines now have cameras on the planes. it seems some people think it's an invasion of privacy. it's a public flight no? we record people going into and out buildings. why not planes? why not trains? you only have something to worry about if you're doing something wrong.

i'm supposed to go to a dinner tuesday on long island with my biggest customer. i don't really want to go. i'm not into such things. i don't really know these people. i've met the owners like twice in two years. we talk daily on the phone. i feel no real bond with them. i am a cog who has worn out and is to be replaced. i'm not sure if i'll think of a way to bow out or not, but i might try.

i think that's all.
