two plans
April 10, 2002 - 9:30 pm

i've become of the opinion that i've committed a colossal blunder. my gut is all funky. my mind is full of self-doubt.

in short, i've taken the job in pa and told my parents. the silence of their disapproval was deafening. the concept of getting from here to there is staggering.

do you have a concept of how much it costs to pay people to move you from point a to point b? it's expensive.

there's security and rent to put down on a new place. that's more money.

there's logistics...the timeframe to find a place. i'm taking friday off. i must find an apartment friday or saturday. i must move the following weekend. there are other options, but they just become increasingly more complex. i want simple and straight forward.

did i mention that i'm not at all sure i've done anything close to a well thought out massive life decision?

i'm actaully hoping that i'm told my two weeks will not be needed. i need that time to fucking move.

plan a: find place friday/saturday. return home sunday. pack monday to friday. move friday/saturday/sunday.

plan b: buy a gun.

(this way) / (that way)
