cracker
2001-11-04 - 12:26 a.m.

so in my recent song downloading explosion, i've found some new bands and been reunited with some old favorites. perhaps tops on that old favorites list is cracker. i loved them the first time i heard 'low'. they were the first ban i saw live and, i think, the first band i owned three cd's of. they have a lot of good songs and, like any band, some crappy ones. here's the lyrics to one of my all time favorite songs, one that i should listen to much more often than i do.

Hey, hey, it's okay
to make a little mess out of your life,
'Cause you don't need a diagram
to tell you how to have a good time

CHORUS:
I said hey
Don't mean to frighten you away
This is Cracker soul, it comes so easy.
I said hey
Don't get your head a mess.
This is just the best, it comes so easy.
It comes so easy

Hey, hey, it's okay
To never know the answer but ask why (why oh why?)
You don't need another burden.
Come and party with your spirit guide

I said hey
Don't get your head a mess.
This is Cracker Soul
It comes so easy.
I said hey
Don't get yourself distressed.
Love is just the best
When comes easy.
It comes so easy.

CHORUS
