I was wrong

Some situations I just can't read. I let myself get too blinded... by what I'd like. What I take to be a sign really isn't -- and isn't it always the case that we see signs where we want to see them?

After all, a sign is just... trying to make a guess of something one chooses to value more than other things.

Anyway... this has been, perhaps, the best test of my brain candy and I'm much, much more even keel about the whole thing.

In its own way, this makes me happy.

Or.. I've simply reached a new level of being jaded.
