i need help!

two things... cause me stress. one is little.. leather shoes with leather bottoms -- wtf? why? i have some very nice leather shoes.. but they have rubber soles. rubber is not so good. this annoys me.

i'm fine with conservative.. and traditional.. but caring about the soles of the shoes?

the bigger thing.. is "no cotton khakis". most, if not all, of the "casual business" pants i own are cotton-type khakis. why? they look nice.. are comfie and.. well.. why the fuck not?

do i much care i need to go buy clothes? nah, i'm fine with that.. what causes me stress is the whole "matching" thing..

for instance, i'm very comfie wearing some light brown/tan pants with a blue shirt that has a semi-plaid type pattern. i just _can't_ see me wearing this shirt with dress slacks. perhaps i can.. i've no fucking idea.

you see.. it's the whole matching/looking "correct" thing that fucks with my head. i'm now of the opinion.. that i don't have anything "acceptable" to wear.. and very little.. knowledge on what i need to get.

what some folks find as funny is that my company has, or so the letter says, a wardrobe consultant we can meet with. how funny is that? how badly do i need to meet this person!
