immigration and interaction
April 10, 2006 - 6:40 am

immigration.. i don't mind people from wherever coming here. though it seems to me that we have a system in place. i'm not all to sure how the system works, but nonetheless, we have a system.

i'm not so sure people who break the law to get here would make good citizens. granted, lots of native born americans break the law.. and they lose rights for doing so.

i'm not so sure i'm good with the idea of my taxes going to programs to for illegal immigrants.

i do think companies who hire illegals should be punished. that's just a complete no brainer to me.

we are a nation of laws - like it or not, we are. we've a nifty system in place to update/change laws. perhaps we should just repeal any restrictions on immigration...

perhaps i should do so some research on just what it takes to come into the country legally.

in other news... i think it's the small things.. the little details that matter most in people's interactions.
