i've decided to play poker with a reason.. for a purpose. i wan't one of those select comfort beds. i want to pay for at least half of it with cash won through poker.

i have lots of winning to do.

i need a haircut and have.. for the last week or so.

i read that the latest supreme court judge to be.. has never been a judge. at first this really confused me. then i learned one doesn't need to be a judge to be a justice. i'm considering applying.

then i learned that william renquist was never a judge. i think it was renquist and i'm pretty sure people thing highly of him -- like him or not.

what seems appealing to me about her is that.. she's not a justice. she's got lots of legal experience, but she's also run a business.. she'd bring a non-normal point of view to the party.

i think this would be ok. i've no idea where she stands on anything.. so i can't say if i really like her or not. i'm just saying, what's wrong with a "normal" person sitting there from time to time? decisions are majority so one crackpot can't muck things up too much.

anyway.
