iron suits?

started off with boss-man saying he was leaving early.. and me wondering when/if i'd get to talk to him today. of course, him leaving early settled when i'd talk to him -- first thing in the morning.

the converstation was.. startling short. first we talked about some accounts. then i said one more thing.. i'd like tuesday off.

i waited.

he typed on his laptop and said, "the day looks open, put in your request."

and that was it.

i felt like a tool. i dunno why, but it just never occured me that he wouldn't care why i wanted it off..

so i confirmed.. and will drive up saturday or sunday to see where things are. might even iron my suit.

are you supposed to iron suits?
