too lazy
December 24, 2004 - 11:00 pm

what is one to do when one realizes the most rational cource of action is to reject the reality in which one finds oneself?

of course, the simple argument is that it isn't rational to reject reality.. but, never the less, the world i find myself in.. is... wholey unacceptable.

i called goodwill, they said no dropped off another reality i could try out. though, i don't think the clerk actaully looked, she was too busy laughing.

it's like.. playing a game of multi-player chess only you can't see all of your pieces and hardly any of anyone elses.. in fact, you don't even know how the pieces move or what the real objective is. i feel like a four year old moving pieces against the world greatest players -- none of whome have any regard for how long i'm in the game, or, for that matter, if i'm playing at all.

my turn is often passed.. my pieces ticked from the board by unforseeable moves.. with no explanations offered.

so, what move do you make? the choices are there.. take your time to choose, the rest of players don't care, they move at will.

in the end though, i always come back to one final choice.

i'm simply too lazy do it.
