thoughts during class
July 13, 2004 - 10:42 pm

i was sitting in my god awfully boring econ class.. and my mind wandered.

i thought, how would things be if she had called me or if one of us had proved less..stubborn - in other words, if things had gone better. if things had gone how they "should" have gone.

then.. i wandered to other topics.. fiddling about, trying to take notes and appear i was paying attention - no doubt failing horribly.

i think i'm going to vote for someone other than bush in the election. i don't much like kerry/edwards.. so perhaps i'll vote for nader. i'm not too sure what all he stands for.. but it's not a vote for either of the others.. so that's a plus.

i want more choice. no, make that.. i want an actual choice.

we need elections that arn't won by money, but by the best person - of course i've no idea how to do that.. but.. voting for someone other than established two seems like a way to start.

REMOVAL OF POLITICAL BULLSHITE

eh. whatever. i think alot when in a boring class.. and often to taking things too far.

i heard kerry was going to vote no on the marriage thing. then i heard he's not going to vote.

this is not the person we need to replace bush.

we need a leader - someone capable of standing up for what he/she thinks is right... this, to me, is bush's one good quality. he knows what he thinks is right and that's what he's going by.

i just don't agree much lots of what he says.. so i want someone with different judgement.

as for the war.. personally, i think it's going to be a good thing for iraq.

let's not forget, saddam once gassed 4,000 of his own people, well kurds.. and let's not forget all the torturing he and his admin did.

perhaps the wmd thing was a blunder by our intelligence agency.. but if we'd have done the job right back in the first gulf war it wouldn't have mattered.

i wonder how many iraqies died from the end of the gulf war to the time he was overthrown..?
