scary prospect for me.

i think i have some sort of illness that throws off my internal cooling system. it seems i can sweat in any sort of weather. you'd think with walking about a mile eacy day, i'd be used to that after 2 or 3 months.

perhaps i'm just too overweight.

while i am overweight and that's probably part of the problem.. i think there's something else wrong too.

can being dehydrated make you sweat? i never drink enough water..
