i'm tired, i'm not sure why.

i'm home now.

for the first time in many months my dad tried to go up and down the stairs to the basement/garage. going down seemed to go ok. going up was a bit tougher. he almost fell once or twice.

i was his 'spotter' both times.

i think he almost thinks he's strong enough to do it alone when no one is home. that won't work very well i think...

i'm tired. i'm not sure why.
