it's not. it's against a wide variety of people and entities. the sudan is mentioned, royal saudi families, islamic charities and whole host of other people.

i'm not sure where the suit was filed. i don't know how saudi's can be sued or the country of sudan.

i didn't see who or what any monies recovered would be used for or given too. i am a cynical enough of a bastard to wonder if some families joined for the prospect of cash. perhaps if the suit is in the world court, is that even up and running? are you going to put the sudan in jail?

americans sue. we do. i wish i could find something to sue for and get rich. why not? i do so much else that i don't like to do. that just seems wrong and/or pointless.
