i'm very annoyed. i just typed out a big long entry and i dunno what i hit, but it wasn't "done!" since nothing saved or posted.

brief summary of what i had:

the power was off for about 5 hours yesterday. that sucked. the worst part was this old lady i could hear through my window saying "i wish the power would come back on". i've no problem with stating the obvious, we all do that. to repeat it every 10 minutes is something that should be grounds for justifiable homicide.

my boss, who just got back from england and france, rocks. she sent us an email saying a friend of hers would play tourguide if any of us could swing a trip over. as if i have the cash, but it's a nice idea and a lovely offer. if i recall right about 150 bucks a day for a room and tour.

my feet are hot.

work is very, very slow.

i want to do something different already. i get bored to quick. an old friend of mine would say "that's the gemini in you". of course i don't match the whole "life of the party". i never put too much stock into astrology, do you?

i really am starting to think about foreign service. i registered to take the test. i should buy the study guide.

i think that's most of what i had, not that any of it is too interesting...
